Q: We would like to customized our own brand,is that ok?
A:Yes, we accept OEM/ODM with your brand or your design.But we will require a MOQ for different models.
Q: Can you offer driver/SDK for the printers?
A: Yes,we can provide driver for Windows/Linux/OPOS, and SDK for Android/ios.
Q: What is the warranty for your products?
A:12 months for finished printer, and 6 months for thermal printer head of the finished printer.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: It depends on different models.Usually we have a small stock. If no stock,our lead time varies from 3 to 30 days.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A:Normally our MoQ is 100pcs, but we can accept a trial order.We have the different MOQ requirement for OEM/ODM service.
